TDI showcase residential and commercial projects at Mohali

100+ bookings were done during the one-day event

TDI organized ‘The Great Property Fest’ at TDI Smart City, Mohali, to showcase an array of residential and commercial projects. Around 1000 + buyers and investors visited the event and showed interest in the 14 projects showcased. The event also saw a Live performance by famous comedian Gaurav Kapoor, who took the visitors on a laughter ride.

Almost 100+ bookings were completed, and every customer got a gold coin on the booking of a property. At the end of the event, a lucky draw will also be conducted where the winner will be awarded with Hyundai Creta. Projects shown at the event were Park Street (Sector 118, Mohali), South Ex-II (Sec 117, Mohali), Golf Link (Sec 118, Mohali), Golf Residency (Sec 118, Mohali), Wellington Heights (Sec 117, Mohali), Chitrakoot (Sec 92, Mohali), TDI Business Centre (Sec 118, Mohali), and Sapphire Floors (Sec 110, Mohali).

“The property fest was organized to keep up with the festive mood. The real estate sector has emerged as the winner when it comes to providing financial security through investment in commercial properties and life security through residential ones. Commenting on the bookings and sales during the event, Mr Monga said, “The sheer number of bookings is an indication that real estate assets are now a priority, especially in the post-pandemic scenario. The Tricity market is buzzing with buyer activity, and the sentiments are at an all-time high.”
