GMADA Aero City

GMADA Aero City Mohali is bringing newly developed residential projects with 1000 acres of mix land adjoining 200 wide spread road linking towards Chandigarh International Airport. It is renowned as the Aero City Mohali which is getting popular these days in the vicinity of upcoming international Airport. This residential urban estate is developed as an independent and integrated Township. The new international airport is coming up within an area measuring 300 acres of land which is equipped with all the word class facilities as well.
GMADA offers residential, commercial and industrial plots on both sides of the 200 ft. wide road linking directly with the international airport from Sector 66-66(A) junction to Chandigarh-Patiala National Highway-64 near village Chhat and is acquired for the development of state of the art aerotropolis. In addition to this, Aerocity Mohali deals in 5000 residential plots of 125-500 sq. yards comprising of institutional and commercial usage as well. All the development process has been recently completed in respect to roads, water supply, public health and electricity by M/s Larson & Toubro Limited.

GMADA IT City

GMADA’s IT City is a dashing new project offering plots for IT industries, Residential areas, and commercial establishments. Gmada IT City is located in 66B, 82A 83A & 101A sectors, right on the 200 feet wide International Airport Road. 400 acres of the project will be used for industries, another 1100 acres for residential purposes and remaining 188 acres for commercial establishments including commercial plots, SCOs and booths. Larsen & Toubro is doing the development of the project. They have a 5-year maintenance contract as well. Basic utilities like sewage, water drainage, water supply, electrical lines have already been installed. Parks and recreational space has been given much importance in the overall plan. They are evenly distributed throughout the project.
80% of the land was given to farmers (it’s called Landpooling allotments) and rest of them were allotted by draw. Landpooling and allotted plots are available for resale after full payments are made. All plots are reselling at a reasonable price. Considering the location, it has a good potential for growth.

GMADA Ecocity

The plotted residential development under GMADA, Ecocity is the upcoming Ultra modern Township at Mullanpur, New Chandigarh. Quite synonymous to its name, it is surrounded by lush green areas. The scheme launched in the year 2011 for the allotment of 836 residential plots evoked overwhelming response as approximately 1, 60,000 applications were received. Planned to the south of MDR-B, Eco City Phase-I is being developed on an area of 400 acres, which has been acquired under 100% Land Pooling, thereby making the farmers as the stakeholders and none of the farmers have been uprooted. Development works are on a spree at the site and are likely to be completed by January, 2014. Development is being carried out by M/s Larsen & Toubro Ltd. Total area under development of the scheme is 400 acres and the total project cost of development is Rs. 151 crores, out of which Rs. 50 crores have already been spent on the construction of roads and providing Public Health, Electrical, Horticulture Services, etc. Around 450 acres of additional land is being acquired for Eco City Phase-II. Compensation will be paid as per the policy to the land owners whose land will be acquired for the project.

Gmada Medicity

As it is crucial to integrate nature with health, the Medicity has been located adjacent to the restricted PLPA land. A total area of 350 acres has been marked for the Health Zone out of which 100 acres has already been acquired by GMADA under 100% Land Pooling , thereby making the farmers as the stakeholders and none of the farmers have been uprooted. Land owners of Medicity would be allotted residential and commercial plots/sites in Eco City as per their entitlement under the land pooling scheme. The remaining 260 acres is being acquired. Out of the already acquired 100 acres, 50 acres of land has been allotted for the development of the Tata Cancer Hospital, work on which is underway. Civil works are in progress at the site and target is to finish the project by 2015. The project so completed would provide facilities for clinical research, training and education.

GMADA Sector 88 89

GMADA Sector 88 89 are the land pooling plots in Mohali available in 4 – 20 Marla plots and commercial plots. It is nearby to Knowledge City Mohali, ISB (Indian School of Business) and IISER (Indian Institute of Science Education and Research). In addition to this, there are other knowledge centers which are nearby Sector 88-89 Mohali are NABI (National Agri-food Biotechnology Institute), Bio- Technology Park and Management Institute in Knowledge City Mohali. GMADA allotted confirmed LOI (Letter of Intent) to the farmers and people whose land has been acquired. That LOI is in resale and is transferred to the purchaser after paying 2.5% of the actual price of the plot to GMADA. It is designed as an ultra-modern city which will become the commercial hub of Punjab because of its premeditated location. In addition to this, it is closer to all the business destinations in Punjab area and very close to Chandigarh International Airport in Mohali. It is composed of all the luxury amenities and commercial facilities in its location which will attract top business houses from all around India. Close to important business destinations in Punjab & next to the Chandigarh International Airport, its commercial facilities will attract top businesses from all across the country. Moreover, its 40 ft and 60 ft wide access roads for residential pockets, wide enough for comfortable living, evenly distributed parks and other facilities in the residential area will deliver dream house scenario for Homeowners. The Greater Mohali area has been planned by “Jurong International“, the leading town planners and architects from Singapore.
